Percy Bakulipanam Paul Mokungah is a Nigerian gospel singer, songwriter, and multi instrumentalist with a 40-year-long music career. He is better known by his stage name Panam Percy Paul. Praise and worship songs with an African high life and country music vibe are Paul's style of music. Over his professional life and career, he has been nominated for and received a number of honors both locally and abroad.
In addition to writing music, Panam also wrote a book called "Bring Down the Glory," which was inspired by his song. He owns the "Panam College of Music Ministry" in Jos, Nigeria's Plateau state. His record company Panam Music World functions as an institution that aids in musicians' education.
