» Folasade Femi-Lawal (Nigeria)

Folasade Femi-Lawal is the Country Manager, West Africa at Mastercard. Based in Nigeria, Folasade is responsible for advancing the Mastercard brand presence in West Africa, overseeing performance and strategic direction, deploying innovative payment solutions, and partnering with local governments and market regulators to build a World Beyond Cash.
Prior to working at Mastercard, Folasade held various positions within the finance and banking sector. She started her career in 1995 as a Senior Associate in Audit & Business Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers and later transitioned into finance and banking. In 1998, she joined United Bank of Africa (UBA) as Head of the Loan Monitoring Unit, where she was responsible for managing the bank’s loan portfolio and ensuring regulatory compliance.
This position was then followed by her role as Head of Card & Messaging Business at FirstBank, where she coordinated the Card Products Strategy in the Bank and its subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Senegal, Gambia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea.
Folasade also served as the Vice President of the Committee of E-Business Industry Heads (CeBIH), where she contributed to driving innovation and collaboration across Nigeria’s financial ecosystem. She is a Digital Transformation Senior Executive with 30 years’ experience in industries including Financial Services, Management Consulting, Telecommunications, and Business Advisory. She actively supports women empowerment and financial inclusion, serving as Chairman of the Board at SheFintech and participating in WIMBIZ. Folasade has been recognized for her leadership and achievements, receiving the Visionary Leader in Technology and Business Award in 2024, presented by The CIO and C-Suite Awards Africa, and named among the Forty-Five Most Influential Women in Digital Transformation in 2024, awarded by CIO Africa Magazine.
She holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Oboferni Awolowo University and an MBA in Information Management System from Texila American University, Guyana. She has also received an Honorary Doctoral Degree from Veridian Christian University, awarded in recognition of her impact in Business and Christian Leadership. In addition, she has received professional and executive education from Pan-African University, Harvard Business School, London Business School, and Gershom Lehman Consulting (USA).
Folasade is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Taxation, and the Association of Enterprise Risk Managers. She is also a member of the Forbes Business Development Council and the Central Bank of Nigeria’s Committee for Open Banking API Standard.

» Pastor Ituah Ighodalo (Nigeria)

Ituah Olajide Ighodalo, popularly known as Pastor Ituah, is a Nigerian businessman, a chartered accountant, philanthropist, a Thinker, Social Reformer, Writer, a Pastor and preacher of the gospel of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.
Ituah obtained a degree in accounting from the prestigious University of Ibadan, from where he proceeded to England, where he obtained a combined honours degree, Master in Economics and Accounting from the University of Hull in 1982. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in July 1986 and attended a Business Management Course at the Harvard Business School, Boston, in 2011.
Pastor Ituah is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and the American Institute of Management.
He commenced his professional career in September 1982 at Pricewaters House, now Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC), and later founded Ighodalo & Co., a professional public accounting firm in January 1987. In October 2004, Ighodalo & Co. merged with three other firms to form SIAO Nigeria, becoming the 5th largest accounting practice in Nigeria today. Pastor Ituah, is the Chairman, FAMAD Nig. Plc., FALCON Corporations, FINATRUST Micro Finance Bank Ltd., The Clinix Diagnostic Center, Roch Tools Ltd., Capitalgate Ltd., Elizabeth R Events Management Ltd., Trinicorp Nig. Ltd., amongst others. Pastor Ighodalo also sits as a Board Member, Chams Nigeria PLC , Mannox Integrated Ltd., Gulf Insurance Brokers, and several other companies.
He chairs and is on the board of several charitable organizations and NGOs, including the Courage Education Foundation, Edensfield Health Initiative, ELPIS Mental Health Initiative, Heritage Homes, Joseph Liberty Foundation, Food Bank Initiative, Ituah Ighodalo Foundation, Fola Akintunde Ighodalo Foundation, Trinity Foundation, Tri Africa Empowerment Foundation and a few others.
A sports enthusiast, he is chairman of the Trinity Football Club and the Blind Football Initiatives. He is a member of the Ikoyi Club, Metropolitan Club, and Lagos Lawn Tennis Club.

» Dame Bimbo Fashola (Nigeria)

Abimbola Emmanuela Fashola is an Administrator, Journalist, former First Lady of Lagos State and spouse of Babatunde Fashola, former governor of Lagos State and a federal minister in Nigeria.
As the First Lady of Lagos State, Mrs Fashola was the Chairman of COWLSO, a community based organization that was established by the wife of the first military governor of Lagos State, Mrs Obafunmilayo Johnson, and resuscitated in 2000. COWLSO is committed to complementing the efforts of the state government in improving the socio-economic conditions of the people of Lagos State.
Her initiative, LEARN (Lagos Empowerment and Resource Network), a non-governmental organization created to foster young people's development as self-assured and socially responsible adults, was born out of her commitment to improving people's lives, especially those of youth.
She received a papal medal honor from His Holiness, Pope Benedict the XVI, in appreciation of her modest service to humanity. She has also received numerous more national and international honors. The former First Lady believes that being a loving wife and mother is her greatest accomplishment.
