The members of the Jury for EAGLE AWARDs is made up of men and women of proven integrity drawn from the Church, Media and Music Industry. Their decision for the selection of prospective Awardees as nominees for an Award is based on careful analysis of performance and impact of the Awardee in a given year.

Our goal is to keep the fire, motivation and interests of Awardees burning so as to keep improving and advancing the cause of the gospel, hence the annual event. 

Our voting and nomination processes is fully digitized; a prospective Awardee is at liberty to share their unique voting page to their numerous contacts and fans on social media so as to solicit their votes. The winner of an Award is based on the minister with the highest number of votes in each category. In case of a tie in the number of votes, the 5 man Jury will then decide who gets that particular category Award through an open vote system. The whole idea is to be transparent and impeccable in the choice of winners.

Yinka Davies is a professional musician, dancer, backup vocalist, choreographer, and a visual artist. She started her professional career as a visual artist. Her love for painting and sculpting made her meet the likes of Abiodun Olaku, a renowned Nigerian painter and Bassey Effiong, theatre director of National Theatre in Lagos, Nigeria.
In 1992, the organizers of the Fame Music Awards spotted her as an all-around artiste from her works in theatre, video, choreography, background vocals for various Nigerian artistes, nominated and gave her their first Upcoming artiste Award and got the Nigeria Music Award (NMA) Voice of the Decade Award in 2007.
In her career, Yinka has worked with great musicians such as: Lagbaja, Mike Okri (RnB), Shina Peters (Afro juju), Blackky (Reggae), the late Geraldo Pino (originally from Sierra Leone) and Etienne T Boy (Cameroonian) and many more to mention a few.
The dearth of female musicians on the Nigerian music scene fueled Yinka's determination and dedication to continuing her craft as a woman to be seen, heard, respected and celebrated in Nigeria. She is determined to be a light, beacon, and example to the upcoming Nigerian female artiste and perhaps this is why she did not concentrate on breaking into the international scene quite early in her career.
Yinka is a bridge from the old (where there were very few female musical role models) to the new Nigerian music scene where the female is asserting herself and claiming her rightful position.

Dr. Adekunle mostly known as Ksticks holds a PhD degree in Music performance, and a post-doctoral diploma course in Audio Engineering/Live Music Production from the Musician’ Institute, Hollywood, Los Angeles. United States.
Pinmiloye lectured music for over 9 years at Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife, Nigeria. For almost 20 years, he was the resident music director, head drummer of Daystar Christian Centre. He is the first music director to adapt Christmas Carol tunes in African context. (Daystar popular Carol concert, Lagos, Nigeria), The Carol concert became the largest Carol gathering in Nigeria for many years and a standard for many music directors till date.
In 2019, Ksticks conducted and produced ICCLA Sound of Christmas at Redondo Beach Performing Art Centre. Los Angeles, California. In 2021, Ksticks was the creative director of the 2021 HAPAWARD held at Orpheum theater, Los Angeles.
Dr. Pinmiloye was the first drummer in Nigeria to specialize on drum performance from first degree to PhD level. He was the first civilian to perform with the Nigerian Navy Concert Band. He is a renowned Drum/Music Instructor, Music Producer, Author and Music Director with almost 4 decades of rich and awe-inspiring, multi-cultural musical influences spreading across local and global boundaries. He has conducted several seminars on drums and facilitated music workshops across many institutions in Africa and the USA.
He is the founder and director of Kross Kulture Musical, also, the music director, International Christian Centre Los Angeles, California. Dr. Pinmiloye is an independent researcher with area of interest in drum language communication.

Benneth Osarieme Ogbeiwi AKA Uncle Ben is a professional vocalist trained as a member of STEVE RHODES VOICES under the tutelage of Late Elder Steve Rhodes. While with Steve Rhodes, he horned his skills on vocal training in the contemporary and jazz genres.
To enhance his professional career, he joined Demola Olota and other members to promote the choral group DE’ CLIQUE VOCALS. He also joined LAZ EKWUEME CHORALE to further strengthen his hold in classical music. He is one of the Co-founders of the elite Chorale group: CHORALE DE’ MAGNIFUQUE led by Barr Ikechukwu Eseka Esq.
Benneth is currently the conductor of SR ORCHESTRA, an ensemble of trained musicians put together by the late music icon, composer and arranger, ELDER STEVE RHODES. He played the lead role LORD LUGARD in KAKADU THE MUSICAL, a story of Lagos centering on the gains and conflicts of Lagos setting the tone for success across the globe.

Prince Adeboye has a career portfolio that spans over 30 years in music and tech industry. Ade is a Music Business Consultant, Independent Label Owner, University Lecturer, Voice Coach, and SVP of a tech start-up.
As a lecturer at the University of Westminster, United States of America, ADÉ was an integral member of the team tasked with shaping, redesigning, and writing courses & modules. As a music consultant and life coach, Ade has taught individuals and groups that have won Grammy Awards, MOBO Awards, BET Awards, GEMA Awards, Headie Awards, UMA Awards, and Broadway World Awards. He has also had students under his tutelage appear as finalists in The Voice and X-Factor.
With his strong marketing and management background, ADÉ has also promoted some significant concerts in London, Birmingham, Bristol and Dublin featuring (amongst others): Sly & Robbie, Mykael Rose, Freddie McGregor, Omar, Caron Wheeler, Lynden David Hall, Shara Nelson, Michelle N’degeocello, Raymond & Co and Kwame Kwei Armah.
ADÉ has 15 years of practice in international exchange programs in simulated learning, working alongside practitioners from Germany, Holland, Belgium, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, and the USA. He currently runs his own artist development and management consultancy, All-Star Music Group (A.M.G.) and represent the business interests of Deauxpe, Isaiah Raymond, Evelle, Raebel, and Banks & Rawdriguez.

The Reverend, EKPENYONG OKON BASSEY is a former military officer with the NIGERIA army, Chief Singer on Instruments, Karis Music Ministry Int’l. and Chairman/CEO LES KARIS NIGERIA LIMITED.
A professional accountant who rose to the post of Chief Accountant, CSS Bookshops, Lagos, Nigeria before he retired into fulltime ministry as the CEO of Les Karis Nigeria till date. He is an ordained and licensed Priest in the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion.
Rev'd. Ekpenyong Bassey popularly called “Daddy Karis” is a song writer, composer, an accomplished producer, the Chief Singer on Instrument of Karis Music Ministry, and a real father at heart. He has received many awards in recognition of his contribution to church building and human resource development like SBN Kingdom Partner Award, Elim Sanctuary Award as a Worthy Ambassador, and TOMA Awards for Noble Contribution to Gospel Music among so many others.
