Sammie Okposo, was a gospel musician, psalmist, a music producer and CEO of Zamar Entertainment. He released his Unconditional Love debut album in 2000 and Addicted, his follow-up, in 2004.
In addition to working with well-known gospel singer Marvellous Odiete on "Follow You" and American gospel singer Jonathan Nelson on "Oghene Doh," Okposo has performed frequently in Africa, Europe, and North America and organized a series of his concert called SOPP (Sammie Okposo Praise Party). The Statement, his most recent album, was produced by Grammy-winning Kevin Bond in 2018.
Okposo started producing soundtracks for Nigerian movies in 1992. His production career has began. The maestro as he was nicknamed for his production and singing prowess then began to compose music.
When he released his first album, "Unconditional Love," in 2000, with the hit single "Welu-Welu," he shook up the gospel music world. Okposo was well-known throughout the globe and was honored frequently in Nigeria and globally.
